A self-proclaimed amphibian from Charleston, South Cackalacky, Johnny has dedicated himself to finding that blend of water and land exercise to diversify his training and continually push his body to the max. His extensive experience as a competitive swimmer and coach combined with his interest in cross training make him a passionate and knowledgeable instructor who's inspired to help others. His workouts are aimed at keeping muscle memory confused and implementing alternating aerobic and anaerobic exercise through thoughtful, soulful encouragement that will leave you beaten but wanting more.
